PRE-ORDERING is quick and easy!

STEP 1: MAIL US

See something you want? Send us a mail at everything.luxuryus@gmail.com or an SMS to
012-253 3101 with:

- Your Name
- Item code (e.g. CE001)
- Handphone number
- Messages / Remarks (if any)

We will check the availability of your request and return with a response soonest possible. 

If you want to order something that is not displayed here, just drop us an email with the brand, bag name and model number. We will do our very best to get what you want. 

STEP 2: WE'LL REPLY YOU

Wait for our reply via email or wechat regarding the confirmation of the availability to your request. We will issue you an online invoice complete with our bank account details.

STEP 3: ORDER IT

We’ll require a 50% deposit to secure your order. Just make cash deposit/online-transfer/ATM transfer to our bank account.

We cater only for buyers in Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak).

STEP 4: SECURE IT

Mail us a notification with the transaction number after payment has done by sending an email or message via wechat.

STEP 5: PURCHASE AND GET IT

Your order has arrived! We’ll notify you on the arrival and you will be required to make the full payment via cash deposit or online-transfer to our bank account. Send us the transaction number via email or wechat again on the remaining payment.

We’ll send you the item within 7 days of the arrival notification.
